Larry Kenneth Kling
Obituary
Larry Kenneth Kling, 78, passed away July 29, 2023, at his
home in Woodinville, WA.
Larry was born in Sidney, Montana to Leah and Reinholt Kling
on July 2, 1945. He graduated from Moses Lake High School in 1964. He married
his high school sweetheart Linda Kay Rieker on February 11, 1967, at Immanuel
Lutheran Church in Moses Lake, WA. He
worked as a Visual Merchandise Manager at JCPenney for 39 years. He also worked for Northshore School District
as a school bus driver for 16 years where he knew all the kids’ names on his
bus.
Larry is preceded in death by his beloved mother Leah Kling
and his father Reinholt Kling.
Larry is survived by his wife Linda Kling, his two loving
daughters Charlotte Mattern, Terra Hutchison, and his son-in-law Kyle
Hutchison. Papa left behind seven
grandchildren, Natachia Gallagher and husband Taylor Gallagher, Jayson Mattern,
Garrett Mattern, Rebekah Mattern, Bailey Mattern, Allison Hutchison, and Caleb
Hutchison and two Great grandchildren Reagan Gallagher and Avery
Gallagher. He is survived by his four
siblings Ronald Kling, Gloria Gunther, Sharon Brown, and his youngest brother
and best friend Greg Kling.
Larry’s Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM on August 19, 2023, at The Chapel of the Resurrection at Cedar Park Church, 16300 112th Ave NE, Bothell, WA.
